1960 D LMC Small Date Indirect Design Transfer? Defective Planchet?

I have had this 1960 D small date for some time and thought I would post it. Most indirect design transfers that I have seen shows on bottom of the reverses. This is the first one that I have seen where it goes through the top of the reverse through the lettering and can actually see it go through the letter A in STATES. This is raised and not incused. If its not IDT then it may be a defective planchet as it doesn't look like it is not in the right placement from the bottom of the coat on the obverse.

It's a tilted die clash, they happened frequently on 1960 cents but I have yet to see one in person.

Nice one! It's a Tilted Die Clash error. I think that's the one I traded you. I correctly labeled it as a Tilted Die Clash. That's what you have.
