Found this cent. It looks like D/D, but the PMD on the 9 makes me think it was a chance hit that also affected the D. Thoughts?

Not seeing a doubled die (D/D),looks like a hit and not a RPM either.

Just a contact mark on the mintmark from Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Not an error.

Thanks all. That was my thought as well. I knew there were no D/D that year listed, it's better to get a second opinion where there might be something of value (plus that hopeful emotion does sway ones eyes....).
