1982 D Dime Fold Over Strike?

After looking at this dime I think it could be a fold over strike. What do you guys think ?

Nope. Just a heavily beaten and damaged coin. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It's a spender unfortunately.

It is heavy damage. Notice how "IN GOD WE TRUST" on the obverse is curved upward and no longer in a straight line? That is not possible with the vast majority of striking errors. The edge of the coin was damaged post-Mint and pushed all of the metal inward, distorting the die-struck lettering. I hope that makes sense.
