All the things that looks like cracks are raised ridges.any idea what they are? I tried to carefully scrape one off and they don't come off

Maybe it was glued into an album or something? I'm not sure. I can't see anything the Mint would have caused. I can't be sure without seeint it in hand, wait for more opinions.

It's some type of sticky residue. It's not an error and is Post Strike Damage.

I've heard it called spider webs, but agree it looks like something on the coin. (not a plus for the coin)
