1973 LMC / Lamination Error?

Good morning everybody. This is a coin that I have been looking at along with others from the same dat. Not all of them are this color but some of them are. Is this a lamination error? Here are a few pictures and your opinions would be greatly appreciated thanks...

It's hard to see from the picture but it looks stained in those areas, along with dings from circulation.

I would agree with being stained, but of the 1973's that I have like this, the staining is all identical coloring (Toning). I thank everybody for your input.

The 3 in the date appears to have slight MD. If you are referring to the spots on Lincolns head, one is his ear, the other is his hair.
Overall the coin is stained in both cases.

lamination error's part of the coin is coming off . but I'm no pro. good luck hunting
