hello all, looking over this 1985 Lincoln and here is what I am seeing can you tell me what if anything is going on with this? spike at front of Lincoln bust pointing to his chin, something between the O and D in God, S and T in trust? the letters in "states of" are all up and down, upper left side of M in America, W in We filled in and the E in WE has some extra marks on the top and bottom legs. Thanks in advance for any thoughts and opinions
That's called a Linear Plating Bubble. It's very common on the Copper plated Zinc planchet cents. It's a plating issue. There's no premium for this. http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/
