Currently, when uploading a file that is under 300kb, the system uploads it and then tells the file size afterwards.

Is it possible to state the file size on the screen before it is actually uploaded?

I'm guessing NO, but I thought I would ask. Not sure if the code measures the size before or after actually uploading the file, but I am guessing afterward.
