If this coin is a DDR, could anyone find a match for me? It seems to exhibit extra thickness but it could just be wear. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, it doesn't look doubled at all, but I can see why you would ask, the devices have been flattened, due to circulation wear and are giving the appearance of a thicker lettering.

It's normal. Circulation wear and flattening caused this.
