Hi Everyone, Just sharing some recent pickups. Nothing extraordinarily rare, but I love the coloring on each. I'm getting more and more into toned coins lately.

To CCF , nice toners but because these coins are common and inexpensive I would have gone for better grades than those of yours that are scratched with a few bad hits, etc. What's the sense of having nice toned coins if they have issues . Hope I didn't make you feel bad ,most of the old timers here know that I am a hardliner when it comes to coins .

If perfect is your requirement you can only collect in the ultra modern market. Even the finest known multimillion dollar coins have issues, it's all just a matter of degree. It's easy to find a higher graded cent or quarter with less hits, it's not easy to find ones with the eye appeal of those coins.

Then to each his own , if you like them that's fine but if I don't then that's fine too . I did say they were nice toners . Most members know I call it as I see it ( coins ) I don't sugar coat anything unless it deserves it .
