A friend found this while metal detecting. It says half penny but has no date and no inscriptions. The obverse and reverse are exactly the same. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

Is this by any chance very small, say around 12-16 mm?

It's play money, sometimes called doll-house money. I thought that I recognised the wreath shape.
