sel_69l Bedrock of the Community Australia 21788 Posts	Posted 02/27/2019 01:53 am Although blotchy toning doesn't have a bearing on grade, in this case, it doesn't help. Always harder to grade from pictures, especially when the coin is under plastic. Because of this reason, I agree with other opinions about over grading. T-BOP Rest in Peace United States 18456 Posts	Posted 02/27/2019 08:31 am I can't see myself giving this coin a 67 .forget about the blotchy toning and not being FB ,we know these have no bearing on grade .
