I would've said 65+ reverse is too good for 64

Although blotchy toning doesn't have a bearing on grade, in this case, it doesn't help.
Always harder to grade from pictures, especially when the coin is under plastic. Because of this reason, I agree with other opinions about over grading. Nevertheless, I enjoy the grading challenge with threads like this one.

I can't see myself giving this coin a 67 .forget about the blotchy toning and not being FB ,we know these have no bearing on grade . But I would have liked a better strike with the vertical sticks on fasces .
