Looks like a RDV-005. Normal for this year.
1988-D-LMC-Transitional-FG-Variety?
The RDV-006 is usually without wear as they were started to be used early. So I've year to see a worn 1988 RDV-006 'FG' devices. Also look at the top of the 'G' note how far east the curve is. Also the locations of the 'FG' is different.

It's normal unfortunately. The 1988 D RDV-006 is much scarcer than the 1988 P RDV-006.
