I know of the "BIE" error and was wondering ifthis is considered the same or is it "EIR" in this case? I could not find it listed anywhere. Cross references: Cohen 58-B1002, Hardy 58P-5F+2. Cohen, THE CLASSIFICATION AND VALUE OF ERRORS ON THE Lincoln Cent, has 8 1958 LWC listed pages 88 & 89.
