The notch on the U in TRUST makes me think this is the 1966 DDO but with it being circulated and not the not a big offset I wanted to confirm it's not just wear or Machine Doubling.

I do not think it is a DDO,sorry. When you think you have a DDO or a DDR,please tell us which one you think it is.
