Probably not the rarity of the age, but I've never seen one. For $14.49, why not. Assuming it means Toned from the quick research done.

The "T" and "W" were designations used by NGC for a little over 2 years. The W is for completely white coins and the T for toned. Obviously they weren't very popular at the time as they got rid of them

I remember the "W" designation.
The "T" is new to me.

Have seen quite a few of the "W" holders, but in several years of searching ebay daily, have never seen a "T" holder. Found this interesting thread:

Also the nice "T" are much more likely to have been crossed over to cracked out for a * instead.
