There's definitely strong Die Deterioration Doubling goimg on. It's caused a worn die issue, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

I agree, the coin looks bad, but is that a valid die chip between the I and N or is it just pushed over metal from taking a hit?
