That price seems high, but its always worth what someone will pay for it. NGC lists the proof coin at $22 USD, though yours is a nice specimen.

Here is a link to a sale of the same coin ungraded on MA-Shops.

Following up on my earlier reply. I searched ebay for sold items and saw the item you referenced. I didn't realize that you were showing a sold item. There were 2 bidders at over $200. I think it would be safe to say that those bidders would have bid significantly more on your item. I couldn't find any sales on other auction sites, but you would certainly think a 69 would command a significant premium over a 66.

Poster's coin is the piedfort version of KM616, not the standard one.

I agree that the ebay sale price gives you a reference, and yours probably would command somewhat more, though how much is anyone's guess, and sometimes ebay auctions can take unexpected turns.

I was thinking that NGC was misspelling Piedfort, but it seems that Piefort is a UK translation.

KM P23 (Piefort version of KM616) Book Value (BV) on this coin is $70 for an MS60-63.

https://www.NGCcoin.com/price-guide...duid-1414806

Yours is a PF69 UCAM so the above BV is irrelevant.

Looking at recent sales, an identical piece in NGC PF69 UC hammered for $200 at Stephen Album in May 2018 (perhaps this is where you purchased yours?).

So a price of 200 to 300 seems reasonable. It all depends on how much value a person will place on a PF69 slab vs a PF66 slab.
