1976 S Ike dollar I believe is Incorrectly slabbed.

First coin 53.2 grams with slab

EDIT: There is a Weight Tolerance in the coin and in the slab. The color of the coin,if that is what you are saying is because the one with the cameo sticker is a cameo+ while the other is not.

Color looks off to me. I will try to get better photos. I have a lot of proof and mint sets. And I can tell the difference between silver and clad

You could always break both coins out of the slabs and resend to PCGS as a test
