All due respect Coinfrog, in my experience a normal '89 has a full Lincoln shape in the memorial building. Here's a picture from PCGS compared to mine:

Again, I may be wrong but I really think this isn't a full Lincoln.

Oh I forgot to say the S is missing from the PCGS picture, it's my bad. The picture on the right is completely from PCGS.

Over-polishing removed Lincoln on this coin. Die polishing, possibly to remove a die clash, not a grease issue.

Probably the 'FG' is missing and the roof is showing a floating roof from the same polishing issue.
