Great pull, every example I have seen or owned has that misaligned obverse, it's a nice shortcut to know when searching a big pile of 1971 cents.

As for the MAD, I think I agree. The other one of these I found in a roll almost exactly one year ago to the day looks pretty much the same as well, and can't remember one not MAD.
