Just the doubled master die (also listed as a re-engraved die by variety vista), not a DDO. See bottom of this page:

http://doubleddie.com/384301.html

From VarietyVista about WDDO-010:

Quote:
Description: Medium spread as an extra bar above the 2 of the date.
Reported by: Brian Allen

Comments: Obverse is ODV-027b (Re-Engraved).

DDO-010 has doubling above the 2 according to the description. The "doubling" on IGWT is ODV-027b, the re-engraved or doubled master die.
