Junk lot find. Can't blame the seller for not examining it. LC-32B over I don't know what. (yes, some marks are damage- T of TOKEN)

looks more like a poor quality planchet to me, for this series its pretty common (although not usually this extreme)

I didn't realize the bouquet photo was so bad, will try another.

Well, I can't find proof it's struck over a design, so I'll have to go with defective planchet. If it's common, I can't argue otherwise but would like to see other examples to seal the deal.

Would also like to know from the moderator what was altered. Just sayin'.

If an overstrike, then a good challenge to 'nail' it accurately.

I do the same thing with poor condition ancient coins that are hard to identify.
