64 And 66 Dime

I have 2 1964 dimes and a 1966 dime.
are these worth holding onto? or just spend them as dimes?

The 1964 is silver so that one is definitely a keeper. The 1966 keep it if you need it, spend it if you don't.

Spend it if it is not one with errors such as double die obverse or DDR of course.
