Click the links, and confirm the dimensions relative to what is listed there. It also appears to be counterstamped with a couple of G's? PaddyB Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 945 Posts	Posted 03/04/2019 3:39 pm Also, there are 2 versions of both the 1787 Shilling and Sixpence - with and without semee of hearts. Yours is with semee of hearts - the little tick marks around the lion at around 9.30 on the reverse. From the dot over the head I am pretty certain this is a shilling. Unfortunately the no-dot is the scarcer. The engraved Gs detract for the purist collector but add history for others. Report this Post to the Staff
