1986 P Lincoln Memorial Cent, Error Assistance Please

Unable to determine this error. I looked on all the many sites for a RPD and could not locate anything. I don't see MD, on the 8 and though the metal looks pushed, it's not the case. The 6 looks a bit of DD, however also misshapen toward the bottom and squared off. Extra metal attached to the top, left curvature as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
