Not a double strike. Both are PMD
The first one has had glue put on it and then another coin
has been pressed into it.
The second is either glue or some other substance put on the coin.
Try soaking it in acetone for a day or so and it will probably dis appear.

The dime was probably glued to fabric. The cent to another cent, back to back.
