With Canada post selling 2015 superman coins at discounted prices, I was wondering where the market for the original 5 silver coins from 2013 is at.
I'm trying to get an idea of what all 5 silver coins plus the superman magazine that was issued by the RCM are worth.
With many coins drastically dropping in price shortly after issue, is there any chance of these selling at or above the issue price?

Right now on ebay there are over 100 2013 Superman coins alone for sale.
Many of them have been listed for months as they are asking more than
original value. The market for them seems to have bottomed out.
The only one that is selling for more than issue price is the Gold Coin,
the others I have seen go for less than issue.
I believe a LCS is only buying them at bullion value.

Bullion to a dealer... Bullion + 20% if you are lucky elsewhere... Bullion -20% after fees if via an auction house.

I figured they wouldn't fetch more than issue price, yet one of the only dealers I've found that has all 5 coins in stock, is asking around $780. Does CC&C negotiate prices at all or is what I'm seeing on their website the final price?

If you have some to sell try Kijiji but you still have to be very, very patient to get the original purchase price back.

Depends on whether you are buying or selling... I asked one of my LCS about a 2015 Big Coin set and he was prepared to offer bullion... $600CDN. Another wasn't interested at all. That said, both were selling the 2015 big coin set for over $3K (issue price). So with items not moving, there is little incentive for a LCS to purchase more of what they consider stale product that is going to sit on a shelf forever and definitely not at a price that will return a zero or negative margin for them.

I haven't worked with CC&C but if you are buying most dealers will make a deal for "stale" stock just to move it on. The question is whether they are prepared to break even or take a loss just to free up cashflow; that is where a LCS is better than an online vendor as you can develop a relationship. I would suggest that if you want to try to bargain and you can't go in person, call... you will get nowhere with email.

If you are selling and have a relationship with a LCS you can let them know that you have items for sale and if they get 3rd party interest, they can call you and you can work out a direct sale for a finders fee if they are not interested in buying themselves. Again that depends on the relationship you have with the LCS. The only other reasonable options are the shark tanks of ebay, kijiji or craigslist as most big auction houses (Like HA) are less interested in NCLT.

Here is some info of the actual my own sale 6-10 month ago:

2013 Superman "S-shield" CAD 115
2013 Superman "Metropolis" (Holographic) CAD 115

2013 Superman "Man of Steel" was offered CAD 115, but decided to keep.

So, basically, I considered above very good sold prices, I think nowdays CAD 90 - 100 will be very good price.

I don't know how many Canada Post had in stock, but the 2015 Iconic Superman Comic Book Covers coins are now no longer available.
