I have lost a lot of natural lighting with these second pics and the pictures may not be as good. Thanks for taking a second look. By the way are you using Adobe Acrobat to mark up your pictures? I agree your coin looks like WDDO-003, but doubling in some places (especially above the E) is clearly die abrasion. I don't think your coin is a true doubled die.
