Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if this coin looks good enough to get graded?

A coin needs to have a retail value of at least $150 after it is slabbed to justify all the costs involved in having it graded and slabbed. Your coin is not worth the costs,but does look nice. It would make a nice hole filler in your folder.

When showing us a coin and asking that question you have to include pics of both sides of the coin .
That said , from what I see you have 2 issues ; light chatter and that black spot at 6:00 . Not a coin to send in .

It's probably not even worth keeping.

Need both sides, you're only showing us half of the coin. However, I can tell this is just an average coin, 62/63RD at best. Lots of field distractions.

Here's mine for reference, I put it at 67RD:

Thank you all very much for all your answers and advice...I have a 1959 "non-mule" a little nicer than this one. So, now I'm wondering how to have any coin graded if this one isn't good enough, and it looks much better than the pictures. Thank you all! Trish #128153;

That chatter you see is from other coins clinking up against it -- especially noticeable left of Lincoln's head, all those little tic marks. I noticed the grading services will take an MS65 right down to at best an MS63 if there is too much chatter. Factor in the other noticeable marks such as the black spot, and don't send it in. You'll waste money as they'll likely send it back to you in a body bag.

BadThad, that 69D is a solid MS66 but I know photos often hides the quality so you might get a MS67... especially considering you photographed it in a holder through plastic which is hard to do as the plastic itself often has marks that show in the photo.
