Just got this one off ebay for $5 plus shipping. It has a pretty nice RPD with an extra 9 and 0 inside the lower portion of the numbers. It's high grade but likely cleaned. Not too long after, I cherrypicked another one of these but I have yet to receive it in the mail.

Looks like the 0 is actually tripled.

I don't think it's a triple repunch.

Yeah, it's not listed as a triple punch. Just the one extra punch in the opening of the 0.

Just observing. The two arcs inside the 0 don't seem to line up with a single 0 repunch. The lower, rounder arc seems like its from the bottom exterior of a 0 struck far north, and the upper, narrower arc seems like the bottom interior of a different 0 struck farther south. Just trying to explain (to myself mostly) what I see. The 0 bottom that has resulted in there seems much too thin.

The photos may not show it well, but the area between the two "arcs" you see is raised. Those two arcs are the one extra punch. It was likely a very weak punch or a punch that was slightly abraded, so it is thinner than the usual digit.
