Picked up a coin that ive changed my mind on purchasing half a dozen times in few years. Not something I usually seek out but besides being super crusty I was shocked to see that it still has mint luster in many of the devices!
A very crusty and nice example of the Vermontensium variety! (BTW, planchets defects, such as seen on this coin, are the norm with the Vermont landscape coppers. Mine has them too).
Thanks! I didnt realise the how poor the planchets were for the type, ive actualy been back and forth many times indecisive on buying it for those reasons. Its funny some have the same clip in the same location.
