I always like finding these types of things in circulation. It's nothing rare or special, but at 50+ years old and still red and circulating is pretty neat.

Anyone else find something nice recently?

I suppose AU-58, but a great find after 50+ years!

When ever I find nice red early Memorials I quickly acetone them and card them into my 55-58 box . Someday my grandchildren will thank me .

Nice find! The only mint state RD cents I tend to find are from the mid-70s which always come with minor flaws like pesky carbon spots. To see one that's 50+ years old and still look this nice is impressive.

Nice find! Recently I've found some more nice uncirculated Lincoln's in circulation or in BWRs, but they usually have corrosion. I'm guessing someone was disgarding some of the Lincoln's in their collection that they realized were not worth keeping.
