1974 D LMC Looking At MM...noticed Tar, On Reverse, Might Be "Mint" Error?

the impression, of the word ONE, in the "tar", doesn't appear to be a negative and rim looks attached? Are any ideas other than just dirt out there?

Look at your second photo with coin facing up.
The "one" is in reverse. Someone has just pressed
another coin (maybe twice)into whatever substance
is on the original coin. Just PMD

That's not an error at all. That glue or some type of residue stuck on your coin. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
