This appears to be some sort of medallion showing the mythical Mayan God B'alam Quitze. I would imagine that it's made of base metal and was probably sold as a souvenir to visitors at one of Guatemala's ancient Mayan sites such as Tikal. But it would help if you could tell us the diameter, weight and post a photo of the other side. Thanks!
