Hi. I would like to get your grading opinions on this dollar coin. Also, any idea what caused the marks on King Geroge's face? TIA!

Bag marks.
Silver dollars are large and heavy, marks made by them hitting each other are more pronounced, and more likely forgiven, than on smaller coins.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
