I've bought it from a reputable dealer, so if it is polished trust me they gonna pay me back loll !

If those are marks on the face, maybe ms 63, why would you grade it, 20 to 30 buck coin

because when I bought it I tought it was already graded... But I made a mistake so it was already coming..thats why

And the "20 to 30 buck coin" is Trends, so it's full full retail. The cost to certify will be more than the coin will ever be worth.

MS-64RD. I think the photo lighting give it the illusion of being polished.
