You should post a full obverse and full reverse picture to get a grade assessment. I would say it is a good candidate. As far as whether to slab, the cutoff for me would be MS-63.

Tough call. Based on the last pics, I would say MS63. However, your first set of pics may show some wear on the ear/hair, so could be a slider as IndianGoldEagle mentioned.
