I have this 1922 D Peace dollar. Do you think this coin would benefit from a rinsing (distilled water/acetone/xylene process)? The hair and feather lines are pretty good but to get a better look may involve cleaning. Advise would be greatly appreciated. These are the best pictures I can get at this time. Thank you, Chris
IF that was mine, I would have dipped in ezest. Does not hurt it if done correctly, but sure could make it look better. Note: I hate toned coins with a passion so others might say ignore that.
