That is Machine Doubling. Note the devices are reduced from normal size. On a doubled die the devices are enlarged.

Note the difference in size of the devices. The doubled die will show spread from the hubbing. Machine Doubling happens after the strike and reduces the edges of the devices.

Also,if the color is true it looks cleaned. Don't give up. Keep trying to learn the difference.
