Continuing my searching through rolls (cwr) I noticed this larger cent in my fingers. Usually have a stack of them in hand & go from there. I'm familiar with "Texas cents" but I don't think this is one. Opinions ? Enjoy. Extra shot of hoard I get to look though yay. ;)

Coin is slightly larger than a normal cent. Ask for any other shots of any area. ;)

IMHO,not a Texas Cent. Looks like a broadstrike.

I always imagined them with out a rim, but the rim is just part of the setup proto rim on your coin. Here is one without the rim. So they maybe with or without:
1981-LMC-Centered-Broadstrike?
But the first example is a copper planchet coin, this one is a Zinc coin.
