For reasons unknown, the Atlanta note is by far the most often seen for this issue, circulated or uncirculated. I mean by stupidly far.

Thinking there will not be many other notes shown on this thread but hope I'm wrong.

Nice notes guys. According to Chambliss/Hessler, there were 42 notes known of the Boston issue and 71 notes known of the New York issue as of 2014. Only 4 districts issued Burke/Glass $100 notes - the other two (Cleveland, 21 known) and Richmond (22 known) are even scarcer. The Glass signature is typically tough to find across all denominations.
