Question How concerning is this 1904 IHP with spot on obverse? Should it really have deserved a grade of MS64?

Something like this, with one or two oxidation spots that don't jump out because of toning, will often make it under the wire.

Tiny spots are expected on copper. Nothing of major concern here but clearer images would help!

Based on your images I think it's a close call whether the coin is still RB or has toned to BN.

It may be possible that those things happened after it was slabbed.
