1995 D Dime, Greased Die?

Here is a 1995 D dime that I've kept. I know this is fairly common on dimes on certain years but I don't think I've seen a 1995 with this damage. I have a couple 1985's like it with similar error, one for which I posted on here a while back and was confirmed it was a common error that year. Is this one the same way?
