in my price guide from 2000-2007 there is a ton of canadian commerative quarters did all of those coins circulate like the u.s. State Quarters. where can I find uncirculated examples of these

Yep, they circulated, and still do. Try ebay for UNC ones, or put a post up in the "want to buy" section, and one of us nice Canadians will help you out. The Red Poppy you will want to buy an UNC as the colour wears off very quickly in circulation. The pink ribbon has held up better in circulation. Those are the only to with colour.
