I found this coin roll hunting and wanted to know if it's a double die. I'm also curious if it's valuable in circulated condition.

That's Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die. Look at how the doubling is flat and shelf like, and is reduced in size. Good news is it's 40% silver if I'm not mistaken, so still a keeper.
