It does look full Red. I would guess MS64RD and potentially a $50 coin.

With all those dots on it, it looks like a "sneeze" coin.
Possibly cleaned.

I think you are correct and it is cleaned.

Other CCF members have pointed out this seller's less-than-stellar reputation for selling coins with "altered color".

I am going to return this one.

This one looks dipped. White spots are from not drying it properly after a rinse.

although a full red at least MS64 coin I have to agree with IndianGoldEagle on the dip and rinse. will it grade straight?
