I see no over date. Not a Cud,looks like CRUD
Need full coin pics obverse and reverse to grade,not BU or MS.

, neither coin is OD. Both coins are well circulated, BU means Brilliant Uncirculated, look at the bands on the Torch and the circulation wear becomes obvious and as mentioned the glob on the back is big chunk of Gunk if you soak it in a hot water it'll most likely fall off. Keep the search going.
