I believe also believe it is a combination of MD and DDO.

Just for clarification so I know better, where do you see the DDD? I see the MD but not really the DDD, again, not good when it comes to "doubling" errors.

MD for sure. And notice how many coins are made upside down. Makes it difficult to check out coins when posting upside down.
