I think AU is a fair assessment.

cran,

tip # 1:

for coins AU58 and below use:

https://www.PCGS.com/Photograde/

tip #2:

for coins MS60 and above go to Heritage Auctions, the Cadillac of slabbed coin photography. This site is excellent for high dollar coins and has excellent tools allowing one to zoom in and move around to specific PUPs and nuances that fingerprint a certain grade and/or variety. This site also provides past auction 'sold' prices etc.

It really helps me out tremendously to differentiate MS grades from one another since the differences are minuscule at the high end of the grading spectrum. The ability to zoom in on a coin without losing clarity is INCREDIBLE.

If your coin exhibited AU58 to MS60 characteristics, for example, you could type into the 'search' space:

1924s peace ms60

at: https://coins.ha.com/c/search-resul...+790+231+315

and then click on any of the results to refine your search. One must sign up for a free HA account to obtain the past auction prices.

Good luck

AU-58 sounds right. These pics are very hard to grade from.

I would be in the ~52 range. To me, the reverse looks better than the obverse which drags it down. IMHO
