What causes these to be colored completely different. Rainbow color. Dark green dark red yellow grey black gold. Is lamination error the cause or something else.

Toning, environmental contact, over time the coins become tarnished if not air tight sealed.

lamination:
A thin piece of metal that has nearly become detached from the surface of a coin. If this breaks off, an irregular hole or planchet flaw is left.

Different colors reflect different kinds of environmental exposure. No added value in these examples.
